Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. All orders are currently prepaid.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? +
No COD as of now — we're working on it. For now, all orders are prepaid via cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets.
Can I cancel my order after placing it? +
Yes — cancellations are possible before the order has been shipped. Once dispatched, the standard return/exchange policy applies.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take? +
As every piece is made to order, orders are processed within 5–6 business days after confirmation. Standard delivery then takes 2–5 business days across India, depending on your pincode.
Do you ship internationally? +
Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap.
What if my order is delayed? +

How do I find my size? +
Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements in inches, from XS through 3XL. When in doubt, size up.
Is your brand size inclusive? +
Yes — our sizes run from XS through 3XL, designed for an easy, flattering fit across body types. Every piece follows our size chart and is pre-washed, so the fit you receive is the fit that stays.

Fabric & Quality

What fabric are Jiza kurtis made of? +
Every Jiza kurti is crafted in 100% pure cotton — breathable, soft, and printed by real hands.
Is there a care guide for products? +
Yes — machine wash cold with similar colours. Avoid bleach. Dry in shade. Iron on medium.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? +
We offer size exchanges only, within 48 hours of delivery. Exchange requests raised after 48 hours cannot be accommodated. Products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags intact. See the full Refund Policy.
How do I initiate an exchange? +
Reach out via our Contact Us page with your order number. Only self-ship is available as of now — ship the product back and share the shipping bill, and we will reimburse the shipping charges once the bill is provided.
